Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they're returned in the same condition they were received.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method.

Something Wrong With Your Order?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or isn't as described, contact us and we'll make it right.

We'll work with you on a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation and available inventory. If the issue was our mistake, we'll cover the return shipping.

A Few Exceptions

Sealed games, trading cards, and other sealed collectibles must remain sealed to qualify for a change-of-mind return. Items that have been opened, altered, damaged after delivery, or are missing included components may not qualify for a return.

Any additional final-sale items will be clearly identified on the product page.
